They use their own emoji so that means they don’t support the emoji added to iOS in the last couple years. Also doesn’t support smart invert colors to fake a dark mode for their app. Why does everyone thing a bright white app is good?

Crashes immediately on iPhone 5! Not fixed for a month! I only want to access the mobile web page one day but it forces you to install a 75MB app! F-You!

Navigation needs to be more transparent and intuitively named.

The current version (3.32.1) crashes upon launch on this iPad 4th generation running its most recent iOS (10.3.3). I have no idea how long this has been going on, as this particular device is seeing it for the first time, and the requirements state simply "iPad" and iOS 9.

Love the app for work. Very organized. I just wish there was a dark theme or a night mode

Any time I launch the app it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute to show me new messages. After they finally do load, if I try to scroll back through messages it freezes sometimes for 2-3 minutes. I only use this app because it is the only platform my group stays in constant contact through. Not by choice.
