App badge doesn’t update

The app badge that shows how many notifications you have doesn’t always update like it’s supposed to. This makes it where people can’t tell when they really have a notification. Please fix this ASAP!
Complicated to use for no reason

Overly complicated -requires a subscription monthly fee to do anything more interesting - why in the world wouldn’t you just use Skype which is better in every way and FREE.
Good but drains battery quick

I really like Slack the service. I’d love to use the iPhone Slack app more but it quickly runs down battery. I had to delete Facebook app for that reason. Hope I don’t have to do same with Slack app. Please improve performance efficiency!
