I attempted to book a flight to Guatemala and prices where showing $450-$500 R/T. Wife who’s Mexican but lives in United States kept getting $149-$200 for same flight. She would send me screenshots and I would attempt to get the same price. She ended up using her account but booked the flights in the wrong order. My credit card. I lost the money because a refund is almost impossible through the third party vendors. If they had given me access to the same price structure it would have saves me much stress. I’ll avoid in the future.
Alerts don’t work and saved searches keep changing

I downloaded this app so I could save a search and get alerts when prices change. However the saved search changes every time I open the app - some filters/sorting is randomly dropped. And even the notification alerts don’t work. All the notifications settings are turned on

Incredibly ridiculous how you show prices that suddenly increased within the hour.

Really the best prices. App is easy to use. I wish they gave live tips or nudges on the best decisions to make. Also with Covid we need more tips and information to protect us from these airlines poor customer service and taking of peoples hard earned money.
