iPad not compatible

We purchased the Trap Team for tablets and we have tried numerous times to connect it to our iPad however, we keep getting an error message that the device is not compatible. What's the deal? We will be returning the game.

Game crashes after a few minutes of play. We bought the portal so my son can play on his iPad. But he can't even pass the 1st level without the game crashing

Major issues with iOS 9

After recent iOS update, much of the games audio is no longer working. This is happening on more then one device. That is bad, but the game now crashes also. My son deleted his game thinking the voice problem was only on his iPad which lost all his saved progress. So as he started the first chapter again, it crashes as you try to beat the first boss. I then tried the game on my iPad and same sound problem and crashing is seen. A quick search online finds many others also complaining of the same issue. The developer's support page is a joke with no direct email or phone support. Just a community message system. We were thinking of getting my son the new supercharger game for Christmas, but that is a lot of money to toss at a game that may break due to upgrade with no apparent support available. So unless Activision corrects this issue on this game, I don't think I will risk the new game. Update: I actually called Activision support on this to open a support case. I was told this was a known issue and they were working on a fix. After 2 weeks I get an email saying they are closing my ticket due to "inactivity." Ummm it's their inactivity but they close send my ticket. But since they were "working" on it I figured I'd give them some time. That was in January. It's now March and I opened the ticket again to ask for an update. Got a response of we don't know when it will be fixed and ticket closed again after two weeks again. Horrible customer service.

The game is fun to play but it kept on crashing.

First: They are working on a fix! Second: Some people say it won't work on their device. (Trap portal) It requires Bluetooth 4.0 +! All in all, a great game.

I use to play this game all the time but if I go into my old save file it just goes to a picture of moving clouds the only way that I can play is if I delete the game but I just finessed the game I'm not doing it again so FIX IT
