Love the game, but some awful glitches...

I really enjoy playing this game, but after I installed the most recent update, all of my progress was lost (and where’s the support button to report issues, anyway?). Seeing as how I’d collected all available characters up to that point, I’m rather upset with this.

Latest major update erased all my progress

Without warning (as far as I know) the latest update has erased my (years of) progress and deleted all the characters, money, stars and extras I EARNED! Why would you do that??? Seriously?!? That's how you get one star reviews! You have obviously not absorbed any of my older reviews....NOTIFY YOUR LOYAL PLAYERS OF MAJOR CHANGES AND EXPLAIN THEM!!! *older review notes below* Also, there is a counter that pops up in the top center of the screen with other player profile pics, but you haven't explained what that is? Is that how far i have to go to catch up to that player? With so many changes to what was a simple app (all at once, including how points are calculated) it is a bit confusing and could be remedied by clearly explaining a few things! -iphone6 on 10.3.3- (*Old review below, ***issues were never fixed so i had to update iOS) Looove this game but the new version (1.6 now) STILL won't load! Just sticks on a white screen. I just got a new character too, argh! Please fix!! Will gladly change rating to 5stars after fix. (Using iPhone 6 on 8.1.2, I know, old iOS haha, don't judge) It's been waaaay too long since a version worked on my phone (1.4 i think). This is the only app that has this issue.

I downloaded the game around a year ago, and have ha it since greatly enjoying it, but the most recent update completely wiped all of my progress, it deleted all of my characters, all my Felixes, and all of my stars I loved the game and would have given it five stars if not for the situation above.

This game is so much fun and very pretty to look at. The only problem is that I can’t use the upgrade that slows down time. Every time I try to use it the frickin game crashes. Every. Single. Time. This gets extremely frustrating especially when I’m about to get to the next level and am so close to beating my record. Please fix this.

However .... I lost all of my progress suddenly ... for no apparent reason. And it crashes every time I try to use slo mo. Disappointing.

It’s a great start but it needs fixing

It could definitely be a smoother game. There are also a few bugs that are plain annoying and usually kill your character. The most annoying one happens when you go right. The character gets stuck going right without you tapping or holding down. Here are some random bits of the game that I find a bit frustrating: 1) it never explains perfect grinds and it takes a while to figure out what they are. 2) night time with sand falls blocking the path is too hard to see. 3) sky dancer breaks while using slo-mo 4) not saving the character and Felix you are using when you leave the game 5) seeing your new quests and pressing restart now but when you complete the quests it says you didn’t.

Love the game... until recently

Crashes. Crashes. Crashes. When I’m so close to completing a task and then game crashes it makes me want to throw my phone. Please fix it. This game is amazing and I love it. Wish I could rollback. Can I rollback?... Lost a star. I got to 96% completion on a tasks/mission, used the slo-mo and it promptly crashed. Thanks so much.
