For the last 2 updates, One major bug still exists. The major bug is that after you watch an ad it gives you no rewards. Then you do watch an ad again you get no rewards. Why does the bug still exist!? This is incredibly bad for a free game because now people will pass it off as unreliable for ads which is really bad. Could you please fix this major bug with all the bugs and lag that still exist even on low quality. You have had this game for 3 years so why aren’t good at updating, fixing, developing, and evolving this game of yours?

This used to be my favorite game. Then I made the mistake of paying to have the adds removed. What I got was more adds, not less. Two and three adds right in a row. Not only that, but many times the revive button would freeze. What a rip off. Please fix or give me a refund.

I’ve been playing this game for a really long time, but I didn’t play for like a week and after this recent update, I opened the game and I had to go through a tutorial again. I thought that was really weird but then I looked to see my unlocked dancers and felixs and they were all gone! I had unlocked I think more than 10 dancers and maybe six or seven of the “sacred gears” and now they are all locked again. I also lost the one Felix I had. This happened to me during another update a long time ago and I just started over but this time I just feel really annoyed. I really enjoy this game but I hate that this keeps happening to me.

I love this game. The music is so relaxing, the gameplay isn’t wild and actually soothing. The only problem, the reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars, is that whenever I try to open a chest it just loads forever and then doesn’t open. Or when I want to revive my runner, the ad never loads. It would be awesome if you guys could work on this and maybe change a few things in the new update. Thanks!!
Tope box is awful

You guys are terrible. Almost two years of progress (hours upon hours of grinding) have been taken away upon update. The game has been reset anew. What's wrong with you? You did something similar a year ago when you changed the value of all the relics we earned to worthless crap. Relics that required literally took weeks if not months of running distances and winning challenges to get. Fine. I let go. But this is the last straw. I am DONE with this dumb game. Pine Entertainment was Fantastic when they were developing this game, but Tope Box blows. They turned the game into an unstable bug and ad infested mess. Good Riddance!
No longer usable

Started this game a long time ago. It was beautiful and meditative. But it morphed into a mess of horrible ads. I am a casual user, not a gamer. It is virtually unplayable anymore due to the ad injections. Paid to get rid of ads, but that only stopped the awful pop ups.
Lost all progress

I played this game a lot when it first came out and unlocked most of the characters and their bonus. After coming back to the game after a few months break, I found today that all my progress, characters and coins are lost. I will not be starting over so deleting the app to free up space. It was fun but not worth losing everything.

I haven’t played this game in awhile and was surprised that with an update, I have to pay for characters and boosts I previous unlocked. I hate when developers do this. I understand they need to generate money, but I’d rather pay for the game up front rather than be nickeled and dimed with in-app purchases. That’s I only rated it two stars. That aside it is a new spin on the endless runner game.

Fun, but flawed

This game is fun and it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try, but understand that there is an insane amount of bugs and other issues. The first issue is that the game takes a very long time to load. I am running it on an iPhone xs and it is by far my longest loading game that I have. The challenges, which are important to complete in order to increase your score multiplier, often do not give you credit for completion. This forces you to do them again. One challenge in particular requires you to perform “perfect grinds” which, after the last major update, are only possible by using a real-money power up called “coin magnet.” Prior to the update, this task was completable without using these power ups (not sure if this was intended or is another glitch.) Relying on this power up to vacuum coins towards you as opposed to moving your character to get them yourself is far less exciting. Another issue is that after you die, if you elect to watch an ad to get a free respawn, you must close the ad immediately after it runs or else the game will continue in the background of the ad screen without you being in control. This could cause you to die again, completely wasting the point of watching the ad. I had been playing for a long time prior to the major update and I unlocked most of the characters and upgrades. I was really upset to see that my progress was reset on all of these things and there was no indication that I had played at all before the update besides my high score still being displayed. It doesn’t seem as though I will ever come close to my previous score (~220k) due to losing all of my score multiplier progress. Despite my skill actually improving since then, I am only able to score roughly 40k now. It seems that the score multiplier has been revamped (nerfed). For somebody just starting to play now, most of these things will not be noticeable. There are also many grammatical errors and awkward sentences that make it apparent the developers are not fluent in English, although that is only a small detail compared to the glitches.
