I use the website, and love it. I also use the app, and like it a lot as well. Yes, there are some AR problems, but when it works, it's like having a giant set of figurines (you don't have to worry about keeping clean/safe) in your pocket/bag/etc. I love the diversity of the models, and the fact that you can limit them to ones that are more likely to work on mobile devices. Minus a star for AR issues, but plus a star for their customer service.

On an iPad Pro 12.9” it will not let you view anything in a horizontal format and it’s a literal nightmare. Also, swiping doesn’t take you back to the previous pages it will force you to hit the button at the top left if you want to navigate in and out of projects which is just time consuming and cramps your hand after awhile so I’ll stop browsing.

Please implement a V.R. View mode for A.R. I want augmented reality, but also with the ability to put the phone in a V.R. headset and walk around it/examine art.
Everything’s great... except

The AR in this app is pretty poor, and it’s quite inconvenient considering it’s the main feature I use it for. But, everything else is leagues better than what we have elsewhere.
Needs a little work and I’ll love it

UI doesn’t work in landscape mode on my iPad Pro. Also, why are there features in SketchFab in Safari on iOS that are missing from the native iOS app? E.g. the bloom post processing effect doesn’t work in the app but works in safari on my iPhone.
Bad gateway?

For some reason. Any links to the site count as a 504 bad gateway and the app seems to think that I have no internet connection. I’m using an iPhone X if that could be the issue. Really looking forward to messing around with this app but nothing wants to load. I’ll try again soon though, maybe I just chose a bad time.
Pretty good, but needs landscape support

It’s a really good app, however I’m using a 12.9” iPad and it only works in portrait mode throughout the app. It also doesn’t have split screen support o that’s a bummer. Otherwise it’s a pretty decent app.
Can’t authorize

The app gets stuck on “authorization request” when trying to log in. Help!
