The game is ok, but sometimes not on the right way to play it! Nobody would play out a blank 10, or not playing an ace and a 7 instead when the take is a Jack. But then the next Jack comes from the game keeper and here comes the ace! Small things and if possible to be fixed. All over ratings are good.

Yes some weird plays but fun to play skat against the computer. Good way to learn the bid process. Obviously does not replace the fun part of playing at a pub with some friends but none the less great fun. Great app. Would be good to add online play feature.

So far, this is, in my opinion, easily the best Skat app. The mouse theme and voices do not work for me, but that can be turned off. I do better than the AI, which, I am sorry to report, means that the AI is rather weak. Indeed, the computer's play is sometimes simply inexplicable. That said, Skat is a great card game, and this is a fun app that was for me well worth the price.

I have played Skat for years, but once I moved to the US I have had trouble finding 2 partners, so I have to admit that the only Skat hand I get in is on my iPad. Yes, nothing is better than playing Skat in a pub drinking beer and Snaps, but this will just have to do for now so my Skat skills do not get rusty!
Great German card game for those who know it.

The game is great, but it does not do a good job in explaining the rules to a novice. If you know how to play it is great.

I have been an avid Skat player ever since my youth. Now I live in Bavaria where Skat is not well known so great to have some computer buddies even if they are funny looking mice. Game skills of the mice needs to be improved here and there. Rules like "long way, short color" need to be adhered to better. Also, the mice don't put points in ("schmieren") when it is obvious that they should. Overall, though good game. Ulrich
As Promised

The game works as promised and well for me. No regrets buying it after using it for several weeks on both my phone and iPad. Not sure if and why anybody would like the mouse theme but fortunately one can turn it off to focus on what matters. Just like others I noticed the computer makes some bad plays even if one sets the computers memory to the best setting. For me it doesn't happen too often so I can live with it.
