App is difficult to navigate
Stupid awful
I don’t like the app at all. I cannot figure out how to navigate. I am stuck at the one screen and am unable to get to my scheduled ride.

This car service is extremely reliable and professional! I’ve been very impressed every time I’ve used them both in the US and in Europe. The website works great and the drivers are top notch. I don’t look any further when car service is needed. You won’t be let down using mydriver.
Garbage

Started account and booked reservations. Somehow one was automatically canceled without me doing anything. I rebooked then got double reservation. No way to contact the company. Delete. Garbage service; garbage company.

Not able to select correct pick up time

I tried multiple times to set the pick up time and it took the wrong time every time I submitted it. I had to call customer service to fix it.
