Great service good app

I think this a really great idea from Sixt car rental but the app sometimes gets stuck on the location feature. I'll use this service whenever it's available.
Great service, but beware the hidden cost

I booked a car for a trip to the Munich airport from the city center. The service itself was great. The driver was on time, friendly, and very helpful. He even walked with me to the United ticket counter to make certain that I would not have any trouble finding it. My problem is with the billing. I was clearly quoted a total price of 65 Euro for the trip, and this is the total that I was given when I booked the trip on my credit card. Imagine my surprise when my card was actually charged 81.79 Euro. That is a big difference without explanation. An email to the company was ignored. I will make certain that my company does not use this service again, but will instead stick to other car services who do in fact charge 65 Euro for the same service.

We ordered a transfer from the Berlin main railway station to a hotel near the airport. Requested the driver meet us on the platform because we had a lot of luggage. Driver met us on the platform and helped us with luggage to the van. Everything was as advertised. Driver was courteous helpful. Certainly highly recommend this service.

It is a great app for on the go, when you need to book a chauffeur. Quick, easy simple. The price is affordable and the driver was very professional. This service is light years better then a taxi.
What about the "driver"?

This is the second instalment of this app. The previous version let you rate the driver which hopefully got back to the company to assess the clients satisfaction with the service. Also withe the new app came a significant price increase. I used to like the service as the drivers were courteous and polite. This seems to have changed and now I struggle to see why to pay up for an Uber-kind service. I hope they improve soon or I will shop elsewhere.

More than reasonable prices, great service. Can't ask for more in a private car service company. Used them in UK and Spain.
