Very simple app. Just follow instructions, commit, and BAM, you’re seeing results. I use this app and the 100 push-ups app. I’m 5’10” and about 140 pounds. I gain weight easily, but I also lose weight easily too. I follow a keto diet (high fat, low protein, low carbs) to help with my seizure threshold control. Everything together is showing me results and much more quickly than I could’ve anticipated. At first I gained weight for about a month...but now my abs are coming through!

Just on day 2 haven’t worked out in a while I’m a truck driver less than a year but need more working out and this is great actually works out the core I recommend but after the 30days will review again

It’s a great app! It’s easy to follow along and know the movements you’re expected to do. The moves a demonstrated on screen for your observation while you rest between sets and during the exercise itself.
Make fun and enjoy!
Don’t really like the landscape option. My stand holds the phone up on the other side. And the music feature needs to be a little more user friendly.
