I barely installed a few minutes ago to see that it only showed 3-4 an workouts then it asks to if you want to purchase different plans that they have. If I could give zero stars I would!

This is my first try at it but a noticed a problem it only has 13+ and I got his for my sibling and she’s ten so it needs smaller ages but the first try it’s been pretty good.

This app is good for people that are new to working out or just getting back in the game. It starts with 8min workouts and you build your way to 20-30 min workouts. I believe this to be good because it is easy to hit 8min every morning, and is not overbearing to want to quit the next day. If you are already an avid gym "rat" then this is a good addition because you are able to do a workout builder and set the length of your workout and how long the exercises are.

Day 3. No super results yet of course but... Simple exercises! Explained well! Can do these almost any where. Will keep you posted. Over a year (2?) into using this App. It is great. The progression of difficulty is perfect for me. The variety of exercises keeps me interested. I go for periods of time when I’m unable to exercise because of travel or business or time. But, I just go back a few exercise days from when I left off to regain the appropriate the level of effort and keep moving forward. Getting my core and abs in shape have given me at age 65 more strength, agility and confidence. Adding the shoulders app has given me a physique I’m proud of and I show it off st the pool!
