BEST ROGUELIKE GAME EVER

Such a rewarding grind

Juankage

It's a perfect balance of mindless grind, rewarding gameplay, and complex mechanics if you're into that sorta thing. Worth a play.

The happiest I've been with an app purchase

Stevethepwny

Originally thought the game was free, it is up until level 15, which isn't a bad point because by the time I was level 4 I was absolutely hooked, a very deep and solid rpg I can't wait to try out the different types of classes to see what the different skill sets are, if you're a fan of rougelikes and need a fun game you can play at your own pace, look no further!

Lied

Mikes the best thing

The description says that you can play forever. Lies all lies

So much crammed into a tiny package.

Beerjerk

RPG turn-based combat, monster collecting, item crafting, deep character building, randomly-generated dungeons and quests. This RPG hits every sweet spot. Well worth the money and space on your phone.

How to make an iOS game

Mr. Bistro

The game itself is a wonderful blend of monster raising, roguelike exploration, crafting and more. That alone makes it worth its meager price. But the developer also understands the platform he's built his game on. This game has great depth to keep you engaged, yet is delivered in small enough portions to work great on a phone. You can play for hours in your living room or for a couple of minutes while waiting in line at the grocery store. And the generous trial time lets you spend hours of actual game time before you have to decide to buy.

Fun Game

Cyribrus

It's a really fun game. I was kind of annoyed when I found out it costs money, but I bought it anyways. Work!

Pokemon combined with a dungeon crawler

Zach Speaks

This game is wonderful. Imagine Pokemon combined with your favorite dungeon crawler and will begin to approach this game. Definitely worth the purchase and I love the 15 levels before you buy mechanic.

Great game

Abraxas65

Love the game reminds me of the old school jrpg on the Nintendo

Ton of fun - turn-based rpg

Beavis Comeavis

This is basically Pokemon (Gameboy) meets Dragon Warrior (NES) with old-school graphics and sounds but a more optimized control interface and more in-depth gameplay. Also, there is a nice bit of added comedy. You capture monster cores from the monsters u fight which lets u summon that type of monster so u can build up a team of monster warriors. You then level those monsters (and your character) via randomized battles in randomized realms u adventure to. U can find/buy/craft various weapons, weapon upgrades, power-ups, spells, and so forth. It is awesome u can try it before u buy it. I played for 20 minutes and knew right away I'd enjoy it. So the game is great whether u have an hour to play at a time or only 5 min. U can put it down at a moment's notice. I like that. The only real negatives I can see with this game are it involves reading a lot of text quickly (often repetitive text), there is a lot of level-grinding, it seems a little light on storyline, and I have had a really difficult time figuring out which of the 5 or 6 resource icons represent which resources. The icons r so small and non-descriptive I have practically given up on figuring out how much of each resource I have and I just assume if there are lots of big numbers I probably have enough resources to build whatever thing I'm wanting to build at the time. Overall, great game. Totally worth the $5.
