This app is junk. Just use Spotify or any other music app with karaoke songs available. It’s a joke and waste of time/money. I like that I can use other methods of music (aside from this app) on the karaoke machine. Thank goodness.

I pay a ton of money for your karaoke machine, and i have to subscribe just to get music to use it? That's not cool :( Maybe give those that bought your machine a pass for music, i already gave you a ton of money.
Terrible song selection

The song choices are awful and the selection is very small compared to other apps. Very disappointing. If I can’t use another app with the machine be we bought, it’s going back.
Love the songs

I love the songs that they have but I am a little disappointed that they don’t have ALL the songs I love like drowning but overall it’s a really fun app to get and love that it’s free.
Network connection error

Pretty bad so far, the app starts with a network connection error and also says I have no mail client installed when I choose to contact support. Return to CostCo imminent and I haven’t even bothered to plug it in and try it yet.
Doesn’t connect and has a limited selection of songs.

When I got the singing machine there was only one disc so I downloaded this app.When I went to connect it,it wouldn’t connect.Then,I decided it would just be a regular karaoke app but there were barely any songs to choose from.

Ok, so I love karaoke and singing and it’s New Year’s Day and I got a machine. I downloaded this app and it’s cool. But you can’t search up titles of songs and artists, only song lyrics. It would be better if they put in a space to search snag names and stuff. There is limited songs which is fine. I don’t know why so many people think that it’s a big problem :/ the biggest problem I have is that i can’t connect the app to my machine. It’s not bad though. I will figure it out eventually ??(to company) keep up the good work but please consider my suggestions. I think that this could be a wonderful experience for everyone? Now! You young bloods want to know how this works! I know a cheat code which is awesome. (Not really a cheat) I will tell you exactly how to set up(for the best experience) this bc it does not say it in the directions. 1: download the app on a mobile device. 2:go into settings on your device and connect Bluetooth to it. It should say “singing machine” . 3: turn on the karaoke machine. There is a button on the front that says “on/off” . 4: (0ptional) turn on the disco ball (which is a button near the on/off button). 5: take a USB plug and plug it in the thing that looks like it’s is for the little mike USB. Connect your device in to it. Go onto YouTube. Your song will play! P.s the music lyrics will only be on your mobile device. To company: people only get frustrated when they can’t figure it out. It is hard but when I figured it out it was awesome. I’m using it for my New Year’s Eve party right now. Keep up the awesome tech! - karaoke lover

This isn’t that great I tried downloading the app and then started a song. I though it would record my voice but it just lets you see the words ): . But the speakers great by itself 5 star for speakers!!!!! (:

I have paid for the monthly subscription and still only get 30 second samples. No way to contact anyone to find out what is going on....

When I tried playing the song on the karaoke machine it only played when I pressed the play button for the example and it only played for 30 seconds and not the full song played. Other than that, it’s alright
