I need help, or was I mislead?

To my understanding, the singing machine app just streams the songs from your mobile device but does not provide video to the built in screen on the stand that can project video to my t.v.? It is only the karaoke store that can project video and enable you to download to usb, cd-g; moreover, that I have to pay separately for these songs because the singing machine app and karaoke store are two different services? Well, sure as hell fooled me, I was under the impression that I would have video with the audio in one app. Confusing? Yes, bamboozled? I’m starting to think I was. I have purchased your subscription, I have purchase your merchandise but I don’t get the full package unless I pay more and more and more...
Purchased subscription but no access

I purchased the monthly subscription but it still won’t let me have access to the full songs. It keeps asking me to subscribe. When I press subscribe it says you already have a subscription but still no access.
All I wanted was a old school karaoke machine for my family

Wasted $20+ on 2 weeks of subscriptions for this and it never worked properly. And Apple won’t refund me anything!

I was under the impression that is I downloaded the App from my Apple store that I could stream music and lyrics to the machines as I see many others thought as well. I even paid the monthly subscription. This was bought for my daughters wedding something she really wanted and it came as a total disappointment. Obviously the description needs to be revised. Because after reading many reviews here it’s obvious there is an issue. So I can get my money back on the machine which I will a purchase something more dependable but now I am also out my subscription fee. Thanks for ripping off the consumers. Great business practice

I’m returning the machine. You have to buy every single song if you want to see the words on the screen on the singing machine. So basically just buy a Bluetooth speaker and sing- it’s comparable. Unbelievable.

Hey I’m Emily. I like the game but it is pretty boring. Try adding some music like for example “I’m a mess” by Bebe Rexha. New music, Older music, and more of both. Maybe even put some FULL FREE songs. Saves money for people. -From Emily
