Horrible! Absolutely no customer service

I was happy to find a service that let you create directly from phone. So I created and ordered an 8 inch hardcover book as a gift for my son’s family. It cost $40+ and arrived with a crease on the front cover. I have sent numerous emails and photos of the damage to try to get a replacement. I have not received any reply. There is no phone number to talk to a live person. Very frustrating! I feel robbed
Best photo album app out there

I’ve used several others in the past but settled on Simple Prints as it’s the best interface, price, and fastest delivery. I make an album every year for our anniversary.
Great quality but expensive

I have made photo books with a few other companies but I find Simple Prints has the best quality, with premium paper that I don’t feel will fall out of its strong binding. My only complaint is it is expensive, especially if you only make one book for the year and have many extra pages to accommodate a year’s worth of pictures (and this includes using the collage feature to fit many photos on one page.). But Simple Prints offers no sales or discounts, much unlike their competition. Not even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday! Disappointed. I am planning to try other photo book services.

I’ve been making these books for years. Easy to do and I get better at every one. Daddy even caught my grandson reading them to his teddy bear, when he was 4! He’s now seven.
