I bought the premium version of the app because of how many people are on the secret Santa list. Well two people got the same person, thankfully we realized because those two are married and of course told each other who they received. I asked for a refund and was told because I have an Apple phone that they couldn’t do that. Useless.

This app did not work for me! How do I get my money back ? Sent out the texts to the group and no one received them. It was just a waste of time.

I sent out my secret Santa list. 1 person got there Secret Santa . Everyone else did not get there Secret Santa. I sent the app maker an email they never responded !!! DO NOT GET THIS APP. I PAID $4.00 !!! For something that didn’t work properly !!!! I ENDED UP GOING TO EACH PERSON AND MANUALLY SENDING !!!!!!

I sent the link to my family but some of the recipients did not get a name, they got a screen that says list sent cannot add anymore users? I set up the app but it is not showing a list made so I cannot resend a link, what can I do?
