I paid for premium to be able to send text and nobody received a message. I tried to do it a couple times and no luck. Don’t waste your money on this trash

I paid for premium membership which was $2.99. Two of our family members who received a link to their secret santa had an invalid blank page. I manually sent it 3 times to no avail . I myself had to open the link and tell them myself. If I could rate no stars I would. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this app. Horrible they ruined our secret santa.

Any way to not avoid getting someone that is in list?

Hi. I purchased the premium and I would like to know if there is a way to avoid getting my husband who is on the same list. I am doing this with my cousins and many of them are siblings therefore, elfster gives option but if your company has this it would be amazingly convenient. Phone numbers and ability to avoid who gets who. Please tell me that you have this feature? It’s the only reason I purchased. If not, I would like a refund.

Wish lists go to the wrong person and there’s no notification if someone adds something. Also lots of grammar issues, but app still gets the job done

I paid the extra fee because I wanted the texting feature, it didn’t work and I had to individually send all my friends links and then all those links if clicked, would open and show me everyone’s assignment and then the app assigned me those gifts... this app barely works and support isn’t there if you have issues, DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY

When downloaded it would not send out alerts to who you want to invite. Even after paying for the app ! Wasted money do not download it it is spam !

App worked great to send out emails to all the participants (for an extra $2.99 ?), however everyone’s wish lists were mixed up. The participants received the wrong wish list which made for a frustrating gift exchange. So I guess don’t use this app unless you like chaos LOL.
