Good Idea, bad in practice

Simple contacts had a brilliant idea to make exams simple, but they're charging though the nose knowing their client base is people who don't have insurance. It's kind of gross. They know the only people willing to pay 50+ for a 30.00 box of contacts are those who can't afford a 150.00 eye exam. They're already charging a fee for the exam so is it necessary to rip off those less fortunate on the price too?

They are fast, reliable, and have extraordinary customer service. They text me when they know I’m running low, and I can reorder more just by texting back. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Once, they discovered that the contacts I ordered were out of stock. They sent me some trial lenses to tide me over until the news ones arrived! I love simple contacts :)

I didn’t use the eye test because I always want the eye health reports I get from the doctor. But the ordering and pricing were A+ and even faster with Pay. Can’t say enough about this app. It was a refreshing change from the wasteland of 800 Contacts and lens dot com. Great job SC!

$19 exam review, <$70 for 2 boxes of Air Optix Aqua. They give you text message updates on your eye exam review, but I’m incredibly happy about the extra savings, having a eye exam done AT HOME, along with the UX of this app... Simply Contacts is simply incredible!

This has been such a convenient time saver. I've been wearing contacts for 20 years and have finally found the best solution for renewing my supply when I run out. This is hands down the best and most reliable service I’ve ever used. The customer service and follow up was fantastic.
