Major flaw that will leave you hanging

EthanCantly

You spend time and sometimes real money and then after the latest season update my account timed out when loading the app and logging in. Reinstalling doesn’t do anything. I asked their tech support and they respond “Thanks for the feedback, there’s nothing we can do. But we love hearing from you.” Such a horrible experience. Never had app connection issues on anything before and have lost all faith in this product team.

It’s what I want

Bing!!!!!

Way cleaner than Chinese version .

Expensive progress

Iplay99

This game looks like a good time, and is, until it gets slow fast. Everything gets so expensive compared to the earning potential. Especially the sim cash. … who is spending more than a console game price for “some” progress on a mobile game? The pricing structure if you choose to use it, is insanely expensive. I refuse to spend real money on games that would require $100s to get real progress.

Quite chintzy

StrandedArtist

I’m about ready to uninstall this game. It’s not that quite enjoyable on my pocketbook.

must spend money to enjoy the game. sad

Game is really fun! One thing that would make things smooth for club members..

I really enjoy playing this game it almost gives me a Sid Meiers civilization (which I also enjoy playing!) except without the worry of being attacked by barbarians or competing civilizations-unless participating in club wars of course. The only thing I would ask that become available on the next update would be the ability to trade goods or simoleons directly with club members. I joined a trading club in hopes to be able to trade my goods for those that I need to expand and improve my city but the way we have to go about it is a bit difficult. If I’m looking to buy x5 shovels from a member of my club; the other member has to post the items to there trade depot w/out advertising; then let me know it’s posted; am I have to rush over to their depot in hopes the goods haven’t been grabbed by someone else. A way around this that I would suggest is a separate transaction system used between members where goods can be posted in private(so no one else can grab them) and so each party can access it at there availabile time w/out the worry of losing out on the deal. Awesome game you guys got here though I really like it

Landmark add

I rate this game a 5 but the twin towers are a landmark also so please add it if you have a chance too.

SUGGESTIONS!!

Emmamia2005

I have been playing this game for more than half of a year now, and I’ve really enjoyed the game. I’ve noticed that I can buy Simoleons with SimCash, but can’t buy SimCash (which is more valuable) with Simoleons. I feel like this would also attract the player into building more, and playing more, if they had this opportunity.

Loved this game until I asked for help

karielsims

I was loving this game for the few years I’ve been playing (I played on my main iCloud account mostly until I got this new iPad and created a new account. Anyways, I’ve had SimCash get wiped out and never replaced many times from stupid in game glitches, and once again it happened again. Mind you I have cell data and wifi, with full service on both. I rarely have connection issues…. So get this response when I asked for my 50 Sim Cash back, royally upset me. I am not an idiot. But read this condescending response: ”Moving forward I would request you to please make sure that you are playing the game on a strong internet connection to prevent this sort of issue as we would not be able to help you with the same issue again. Once again we thank you for your support and understanding on this matter. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance in the game. Thanks!” I mean, honestly at this point, if they are that hiney hurt over 50 Sim Cash, which probably costs nothing on their end, please. They’ve made it clear that this game is a straight money grab, so I am not going to be purchasing anything moving forward and once my SimCash is out, I’m probably out because the game is a pain to play without it. Take this as your sign that maybe you need to work on your customer service skills before you upset someone else for insinuating that your customers are ignorant.
