Want to love but app doesn’t work - please fix!!

Streaming works but I’ve tried downloading videos for airplane trips and it has never worked. Please fix this! It’s the only television I allow my daughter to watch and if I could actually download (like the app and paid subscription say I can) it would be amazing. Please get the download function working!

I loved signing time back when I saw it on Netflix. Was about to purchase the episodes until I read all the reviews. I am apprehensive about purchasing anything from an app that is this unreliable. Also the fact that you can’t cast the episodes on to a tv. It’s a shame. Please address these issues and then I will gladly purchase these episodes.

Signing Time has made a considerable difference in mine and my children's life. I utilize every tool that I possibly can. :)
The sound doesn't work on the iPad.

Why pay $10/month for no sound, and the chapters overlap each other by a few seconds. Super annoying

Just had to flip the hard switch on my iPhone (above the volume buttons) from mute to not mute to make the app sound work. The app support team are great and responsive. If you can't hear sound reach out to them! There is also an FAQ if you search the support.

You can download videos so you don't need to be on wifi which has been a Lifesaver when on the go. No problem with sound - make sure your sound is not on mute and turned up.
