Awful App (great videos)

App crashes repeatedly, takes forever to download videos, and is super glitchy (no sound, screen goes blank, downloaded videos disappear...) I love the videos and was super excited about the app, but we can't get it to work. Disappointed!

Horrible Tech Support

App is ok when it works but it never works. Offline viewing is the worst and that why I purchased the videos to be viewed offline. I work in an area with has spotty at best cellular service and the wifi is severely slow & access restricted. I have contacted "tech support" several times but to no avail.

All of you people saying that it doesn't work on iPad is because you have your ringer off. I'm using my iPad and it works just fine. I love in the middle off no where and it. Still. Works. So stop dissing it because your stupid?.

Content is great. Delivery platform needs work.

As much as we love Signing Time, the app is completely unreliable. It never works offline, and sometimes won't work when connected. Please just put all the content on the iTunes Store.

Great content, but downloaded videos will randomly vanish and the app will sometimes not load. If I try to open my app right now, it is a solid white screen. Unreliable isn’t a good thing with toddlers.

As an early childhood educator I am in love with the songs and learning experiences provided in these videos. The app is free, but a membership to view the content is $99/year. Definitely expensive, but I have no regrets about this purchase. The educational value is worth it.

Add Functionality to Cast to television

Great content, but please, in your next release/patch, consider adding the functionality to cast to a television so the kiddos don’t have to watch it on the computer or iPhone tablet.

I used to love this app however it no longer responds. I try to sign in and none of my usual passwords works. I selected the Forgot Password option and it says it has sent a link to my email address. No such link was sent. I tried multiple times. I used to be able to just open the app. Last time I was able to access it not all of my downloaded content was there. Very disappointed.
