Flexible and Helpful!

This service has been extremely helpful for me. I move every few months for work, and I work variable days, long hours, and call, so conventional counseling just won't work with my schedule. This platform enables me to get the help I haven't been able to in the past. Very happy I signed up and I'm taking care of myself!

My online counselor has helped me so much and I love that I can communicate with her just as I would a good friend. The app is very helpful and I think the concept of online counseling is brilliant!

Not only did it help me get back on my feet, but I still keep it around for checkups as well as an outreach/journal in a way. I hope other people use this app and find it to be enjoyable!

When I first looked into this form of therapy I was extremely skeptical. Not always having transportation to be able to get to and from therapy and needing to talk to a therapist, I decided to give it a try. I now realize it was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

At first I had a counselor I didn't really fit with but it was so easy to switch and now I feel so much better! Rate a 10, would recommend to a friend!
