Affordable reasonable REAL HELP

flippimenian

Sibly, why are you no longer available to the public? Old review*I'm really thankful for this right now. I've always wanted a therapist but have never been able to afford one. I tried better help but wasn't happy because the responses don't come fast enough. Sibly allows me to have a text conversation with someone so I can address my issue the second I may have a anxiety attack. Thank you Sibly!

This App is a Game-Changer

ifilmer

I have never loved an app so much. It’s a different kind of love, it is a perfect way to be able to reach out to a human person, a human coach, a human connection, for guidance and wisdom in conquering life’s situations in an easy and effective way. The coaches here are stellar, listening actively and responding perfectly to each individual situation and message, while also providing excellent prompts and questions to really help you identify the core issue. Needless to say, I am so glad my employer utilizes and provides/supports a service like this. This is a life changer.

24 hours and feeling better already

hollywwforlife

So far I’ve been using Sibly app for about 24 hours and have found the coaches to be very helpful. I’m feeling motivated to set small goals for myself again, and feeling better overall with my mental health and wellness. I love the convenience of everything on my schedule to pick and choose when I sign in to chat, and knowing the coaches are always there to chat with is the best part. Thanks Sibly!

Quality has gone down drastically

theworldcalled

The quality of the service has gone down drastically in the last two months. I’ve been happily using the service since March of 2019 until recently. It is so sad because it used to be wonderful, the coaches really read what you would type and remember things you had mentioned in the past. Lately, you literally have to ask the Sibly coaches to do their jobs. Ask them to read your responses again because they clearly just picked out a couple of keywords and responded to them. Multiple times, consistently throughout many conversations. You can kind of accept that from a friend if you’re always leaning on them for emotional support but this is a service you are paying real money for.

Ridiculously useless without some external referral source

The proofer

Offers nothing unless supported from somewhere....

Grateful

Old Matt

Wow, getting some help to take a step back can make such a huge difference. I was viewing things in a way that just wasn’t right and having a hard time for it. Sibly, I can’t thank you enough.

Amazingly helpful and extremely life changing

miekab

Sibly is a great addition to my therapist and psychiatrist. They are totally understanding and helpful and there when you need them and I agree with the people saying the price is crazzzy cheap for what your getting. Such good service I would 100% recommend to family and friends and others

Terrible

Gaaaabbbb

Waited way too long for a response from a coach. Luckily I wasn’t in crisis but I can only imagine if someone else was! Don’t use this app.

There when you need someone

Koozatoo

I really like Sibly because they are always there when I need someone to talk to. Sometimes you just need an impartial person to listen or coach you through something. It would be nice to get a little more advice but even without it this service helps me out a lot. I use it much more than I thought I would.

Disappointing

NerdyBlackbird

For a service you pay for, you don't get much from it. All they do is just take what you say, rephrase it, and send it back to you. What was I paying for? Not only that, but if you cancel early, you don't get the days you paid for—you're done that second. Incredibly disappointing experience. I want my money back.
