Fingerprint access removed

Been using this app for a really long time. I've noticed in the recent update, the fingerprint access has been removed. Which means now we'll have to manually put in the password. If you could bring back this feature it would be great. Overall a great app??

New update totally ruined my app

After the new 8.0.1 update I can’t login to my account. App totally stuck with an error ‘session timed out login again’. Repeatedly showing this message. My device is iPhone 5 SE

I like the way the App is designed, however the MPIN set is the worst. I’ve tried multiple times to register and never successful.

Someone must have given SIB this app for free It’s a bad UI design lacking basic functionality. The SIB mirror app was better. Why did they discontinue that app. Why do I need to login each time to see my account summary. They need to fix this ASAP

It is very pathetic that a bank that have a good reputation provide a poor service and response to the emails and feedbacks. Emails where rarely replied.
