Video won't stop

Jdjuric

Hi, I don't seem to be able to stop the video from recording. Please help.

Shutterball

Doesn't work with iPhone 4s or 6Plus. Worthless.

snapchat

I got this thinking I could use it on snapchat to, after purchasing a selfie stick (that came with no shutter) and I would really like it to work outside of the app like the 5 dollar shutters!!!!

Nearly Neat

Essentially, this app is very much not free. I mean, even Snapchat has a zoom feature. I needed Shutterball so I could take pictures of slides that a professor of mine just zips through but I can't read them because I can't zoom. This basically renders Shutterball useless for my academic purposes. Other than that, it is pretty nifty.

Can't use the product

Sromeo21

For some reason the app thinks I selected not to let the app have access to my photos and now it is useless. There is no way as a customer to change this, I've tried everything even erased the app. At this point I wasted my money and think it's funny this wasn't thought of. If you buy this product beware of having this happen to you.

Poor image quality

Beck37

The app does the job of taking remote photos. It is especially fun for group photos. Unfortunately the image quality is far below the regular iPhone camera.

Hardware great; software: not so much

lovehatevanessa

I think simple things like making the app similar to how the stock iPhone camera works would be a great solution, OR make the hardware Bluetooth pair-able to other apps. (Or even JUST the main camera app to start with.)

Update please

When are you going to update the app?

iOS 11 is going to make the app not work anymore.......I guess you got your money and that's what matters

No iOS 11 compatibility?

Marhwama

So I love my shutter ball and have been glad to use it up until now... but updating to iOS 11 means I won't be able to use my remote shutter. Sad panda.
