Works fine with my iPhone 5s. I love this device. However, I wish the shutterball would work in different apps. Maybe if this app had features to post to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, it would be better. I have other apps that I wanted this device for, but it only works in the shutterball app. And the shutterball app is very basic. 5 stars for the device, 3 for this app. Sorry!

How can I get this to work with the IPad 3. You say it is compatible, but I cannot get it to work. It does work well with the Galaxy phone and is easy to use....but please give some help for connecting with my iPad...I have searched everywhere for help!

This is a great tool when you want to take a picture with your family but don't want to hand someone your phone. I had no pairing issues. This worked fine!

I wish the photos were an HD and you could tap a button to go to your camera roll instead of having to hit the home button and then look for your camera roll to find the photo other than that it is awesome!

I also got the message that user denied access and the shutterball wouldn't work. I uninstalled the app by holding it and hitting the x to delete it. I then reinstalled the app, and when it asks if it can use the microphone I said yes, and when it asked if it could access my photos I said yes, and now it works. I hope this helps.

Installed OK, but just doesn't have the necessary functions of a good camera. No zoom, no focus, no brightness adjust capabilities. Just the bare minimums to sell their product. Would give the app 5 stars if it had these. Until then, just a waste of money buying the Shutterball Remote.

This app worked GREAT on my LG G2, and also the very first time I used it with my iPhone 6, now it opens but NOTHING but a blank screen! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same problem! PLEASE FIX!!!

It won't pair with iPhone 6. Developers haven't updated anything since 2013. Very disappointed in Audiovox.
