Your game is rigged the board was full then When it was her turn because before they shuffled the board she got to go so it was my turn then after they shuffled she went again and won and if she didn’t do that we would of won so please fix your game!!

Well it is a great game I recommend it I was seeing the reviews and I saw that some said that it wasn’t fair cause some where 20 levels upper but I think that doesn’t matter because that doesn’t meen they are better

When I start to win. Then it always some player that comes alone to beat you. I think they make fake profiles in order to beat customers. Then causes the customer to buy more coins.

Not an enjoyable game if you never win. I understand it’s a computer game, and I’m not an idiot. But there needs to be winning at times to enjoy it. Frustrating game. Done playing.

Losing more then what should be an average. Many complaints online. How is it you discard a card and the opposing player doesn’t pick it up yet you see it played later in the game. It is rigged to get you to pay to play. It didn’t use to be always like this. Don’t waste your time.
“Connectivity issues” with strong WiFi signal and no refunds.

The connectivity issues with this app are inexcusable. Connected to WiFi or not, the app will quit mid-game and you will not be refunded the gems you spent for the round. I’ve lost over 100k worth of gems. I e-mailed support and they sent me a garbage response about how I should check my WiFi connection. I have never had as many connectivity issues with any other games I’ve played, and in the cases where I have, I’ve always been refunded whatever the currency for game play is. Deleting.

I played this game everyday for 3 years! I love Rummy! It was great for my brain workout! Then boom, l don’t know how or what happened, but l was kicked back to ZERO! It took me 3 plus years and many, many games to achieve this goal. I was shattered literally King!! I pleaded with you to put me back where l was!! Someone named Sara said she’d put me back to level 13, wow ? 45 whole life’s to try to get back, with that thing that always goes, “Too Bad!” You loose again! I saw that way too many times! Yet l kept playing! King, you need to UP YOUR GAME?
