“Connectivity issues” with strong WiFi signal and no refunds. – Shuffle Cats Review

The connectivity issues with this app are inexcusable. Connected to WiFi or not, the app will quit mid-game and you will not be refunded the gems you spent for the round. I’ve lost over 100k worth of gems. I e-mailed support and they sent me a garbage response about how I should check my WiFi connection. I have never had as many connectivity issues with any other games I’ve played, and in the cases where I have, I’ve always been refunded whatever the currency for game play is. Deleting.
