Far and away the best fitness app available. Awesome workouts and the fact that it is free blows my mind. Thanks to the creators and devs for creating such an incredible app!

This is, by far, the best workout app I’ve ever used. I love the equipment-taken button that allows you to skip an exercise and come back to it when the equipment is free and the option to do an alternative exercise. I love that you can choose from 6 different styles of workouts for each target area. For example, on leg day, you can choose athletic, cross-shred, lean-x, bulk, tone or classic. My husband and I both use this app and have seen amazing results. I tell everyone about this app.

I am not sure how I came across SHRED but my wife and I love it. It offered everything you need from beginner to expert with training tips and videos to a “Cheer” option to keep you going. The best part is that this app is FREE.

Loved the app, one thing though. It doesn’t seem like the app supports an offline feature, which could be helpful in service restricted areas or out of country where you have no data or wifi

I really enjoy this app. It is easy to follow and understand the workouts. You can train in many ways with fun and effective workouts! I have been using for almost 2 months and so far it has been great ! Really Keeps you motived! Explore it !!

After two years of searching, I’ve finally found it. I just wish I would have found it sooner. Coming from being a collegiate athlete, to trying to get in shape without practicing every day is tough. However, Shred has brought the old me back and has made working out fun, consistent, and adaptable to my life. Unreal app. I highly recommend to anyone no matter the fitness level.
