Best Workout App – SHRED: Gym Workout Planner Review
This is, by far, the best workout app I’ve ever used.
I love the equipment-taken button that allows you to skip an exercise and come back to it when the equipment is free and the option to do an alternative exercise.
I love that you can choose from 6 different styles of workouts for each target area. For example, on leg day, you can choose athletic, cross-shred, lean-x, bulk, tone or classic.
My husband and I both use this app and have seen amazing results. I tell everyone about this app.
