Too many ads with false pricing to get ad-free

I can't enjoy this game when I'm constantly hounded by ads for another game every 5 mins. I get the message, you want me to download the other games and not play Showa..ok!
Sweet and soothing

This is a sweetly soothing game with an intimate feel and enough “action” to make it satisfying. The gentle graphics, music, and sound effects create a calm atmosphere. I love being able to go into the back of the shop and get a peek into the shopkeeper’s personal life. The momentos and letters are the best. O Henry is my favorite customer :) Things I really appreciate: -you don’t have to spend any real money in the game -the ads are unobtrusive, optional, and provide rewards Things I’d like added: -being able to interact with customers from time to time, like having short “conversations,” would add to the intimate feel and make it even more meaningful by building connections to your customers -similarly, being able to see what the little items they leave behind are would give little insights/glimpses into their personalities/lives

Definitely a chill game. The music is nice and soothing and you don’t feel the need to rush the app because your customers don’t disappear with your stock. So you can open the app whenever and still collect without the need for stress. One suggestion though: I find it difficult to see if my stock is empty or how full it is. Maybe if the bar colour could be a bit lighter? Or some sort of text that says “out of stock” or a percentage of how much I’ve got left would be lovely. I just have trouble seeing with the dark blue on black. But otherwise a lovely game. And definitely something that helps calm you if you can’t seem to sleep.

I started playing this game a couple of days ago. I paid $.99 for no ads. I played a little longer, then decided to pay the $2.00, which allegedly would give me twice as many customers. When I paid for the two dollar option, I was charged $2.99 rather than two dollars. Needless to say, I was seriously annoyed. Additionally, if one is tempted to stock one’s store with the Candy Palooza at 15,000 coins for fifteen minutes, DO NOT!!! Even with two ad bonuses within those fifteen minutes, it will not come close to recouping your money, and there is nothing else special for that amount of coins! I was interested to see how the story ended, which is why I continued to play, and paid what I thought was a couple of bucks for it.

I downloaded this game for some reason that I still don’t know and I expected it to be a little ad infested, but I figured I’ll try it anyways and I soon fell in love with it. I love the storyline so far, but I have to admit that I get a little impatient when waiting for a letter, but that’s fine I just work on the shop a little and check back every few hours to refill stocks. I love the music and the little descriptions of items it gives you, I feel like it makes the game just a little bit more interesting. I want to get the $2.99 add on just for the music and I see people complain about how the prices say $0 and $2, but they’ll probably not buy it or if they bought it and didn’t check the little apple pop up asking for a password then they should be more aware. Overall I find the game calming and a great time killer with an amazing story so far.

I love this game! It’s adorable! Basically, you fill up your stock every once in a while, and kids come and you get coins from them. And sometimes, you get old letters from the woman’s past and you slowly find out what happened. This game is amazing, and I totally recommend it for people who like cute, small games.
