I've read a lot of the reviews and it looks like many of the complaints are related to user error. You can add categories and even change the order in which the categories appear. I have used the free version for years and just upgraded. I don't normally like paying for apps but this one was worth every penny.

So far I love this app. I'm able to create new categories. I love that it saves everything and all I have to do is search for an item. I shop for my Mom, so I'm able to look for her stuff quick.

Please do something about the frequent syncing with the black screen. It's very annoying. I wonder if you use your own product otherwise you would have it fixed by now. Fix the syncing & I would give you a 5 star rating.

May work for others with design.

This app is a great time-saver! It allows me to keep track of all of the items I need to pick up as I become aware of needing them.

The most important reasons we continue to use this app are that 1) it synchronises well between members of our family, and 2) we payed for it. We also appreciate that items previously entered remain in the system, that one can add lists of various title, and that one can add various categories! Frustrating issues are that 1) there are continuing empty, black spaces on top and bottom of the screen, meaning that there is a smaller area of actual list showing; and 2) that one cannot simply move an item from one list to another, but must actually delete the item from one list, then add it to another; and 3) that the synchronisation happens so often as to be extremely annoying. Improvements would be very appreciated!

I downloaded the app and tried to register. No return email! I've tried twice and still nothing. I've also emailed the app developer TWICE!

Will NOT Sync!!

My original review was for 2 stars. Now it's 1. I paid for this app. It has not been maintained. No updates in 3 years. Today it will not sync at all, says Sync Error. Happening on both ipad & iphone. There were glitches even before this but I was trying to look past it, but I can't even use it now because I rely on the sync feature! I tried to click APP SUPPORT, but all it does is take me to a website called Intended.de. Which seems to be down as the page never loads. So no shopping list, no support! So disappointed!

I've been waiting a long time for this app to be fixed. It's almost useless in the store since the iPhone screen constantly goes blank for a long time while it syncs. It's hard to get my iPad to sync at all so the two devices are seldom in sync. There needs to be a 'sync now' button instead of auto sync. Since its been over 2 years since the last update, I suppose this app has been abandoned by its publisher. I might as well abandon it as well.
