Fun but won’t save

I like the game, but it won’t save my progress. Anyone have some ideas to help?

This app is very fun I mean I love the app it’s very fun except every time you re-open the app it delete all your progress and restart you on the game. I love playing this game because it’s so fun and I’m 8 years old But I don’t like that it always restarts me so come on please.

I love this game but it keeps restarting. I am losing my memory on the game and it took me a long time to scan my shop kind. Now I have to redo it all over again. That is the reason I rated it 3 stars. I would rate it higher but because of the restart I won’t rate it higher until someone gets it fixed.

Why do people play this?! ???

I just downloaded this game and I scanned all my shopkins. Then, the next day the hole thing restarts, and it’s so annoying because you have to scan them again!

Game progress doesn’t save

Very frustrating! Your progress doesn’t save so every time you open app you are starting at zero.

After update, how do you restart a game???

I appreciate the update made that allows games to save but how do you actually restart a game from zero?!? I’ve uninstalled the game three times so my kids can start over and everything has saved no matter what. Apparently the update worked too well ;)

This was actually a really fun game. I like how you can scan your shopkins and make things with ingredients. And I really liked the actual puzzle part. It was a very good game, and I absolutely loved it when I first got it. But then the next day when I opened the app, I saw that all of my progress was gone. I thought it was just a one time thing but it happened the next day and the next. I also tried to download the game on my iPad and it still didn’t work. This is a great game with a really really bad bug. So bad it pretty much ruins the game. Not sure if you can fix this, but if you can, please do. I would want to play the game without it.

I have been playing this game for six or so years, and I love it! I am able to Level Up my Shopkins and have so much fun! I wish that it was a bit more challenging as a player gets better. My level is over 1000, and my Shopkins are levels 500+. There isn’t much to do anymore and no incentive. I can’t collect any more Shopkins using coins because I’ve already gotten all of them, which makes it boring. I am able to collect more Shopkins using Gems, but I don’t have many. I would really appreciate if there could be a change where you can buy Gems using Coins. I have 2,000,000 coins but nothing to do with them. I would play the game even more if I could buy Gems with Coins. Then I am able to get more Shopkins and enjoy it more. Thank you!

I bought this game because I love shopkins and had lots of fun playing it. I then closed out of the app and swiped up. I later came back to continue playing only to find out that it had restarted the whole game. I was rather upset and deleted with this game. I am not wasting my time playing a game that resets every time I swipe out of it. Do not get this game. It is severely disappointing. It is a very good game so please fix this bug. I would play this if the bug was fixed. No one will spend money on this game if they just loose it when they swipe out. If you read this please fix the bug. This game will be much more popular if it wasn’t a restart every time you close out game. PLEASE fix the bug. Also you should read reviews because they help make the game better. The game will definitely my better if you fix this bug.
