It doesn't work properly. When you go to the stores you are supposed to get kicks you don't and when sending a feedback about it you NEVER EVER get an answer back. It's really SLOW when opening an browsing.

I really liked the app at first, but now it seems to never work. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the store and no kicks, because the screen didn't change. I've done everything troubleshooting said and I have an iPhone 6, so I do not need to upgrade my phone. I think I've submitted more tickets for no kicks than I've received when the app would work. Disappointed.

Shop kick was a lot of fun when it first started out, Collecting kicks for everyday things and even getting simple kicks for looking through pages of "look books", now I get notifications for nonsense and the fun of getting kicks is gone, and the look books well they are just more advertisements with no surprises.:(. I am actually considering deleting the app.
I miss in-app kicks!

I used to love this app, recommended it to everyone because it was so easy to get enough kicks to get gift cards fast. That is not the case anymore. It's pointless to send me alerts for new look books considering there are NO KICKS inside! Why bother? I'm actually wondering why I'm still bothering with this app...might get my last $25 card and start looking for another shopping app.

It's fun to be rewarded for shopping. I love scanning items for extra kicks. Glad I signed up for this app!

You get notifications of 2 or more new things and open the app to find nothing new or any new kicks. No kicks are in the app now you have to get them all from scans, walk ins or receipts. Has been better

No more points for look books - scans don't always work. Kicks for purchases don't always show up. Not worth the time.

It's ok - not great like it used to be. Walk in kicks are not as numerous as they used to be. Don't even scan my receipts because I do not buy what is listed. Don't know how much longer I'll have this app
