I love this app don’t get me wrong. It’s an easy way to earn some extra pocket money, and is even fun hunting for bar codes. But it won’t let me watch more than two videos without saying there is some technical difficulty. Very inconvenient. I’ve tried restarting the app, refreshing, turning WiFi on and off and even going to different locations. Please fix

I have over 121,000 kicks and can not redeem. I have been collecting them for along time and alot of work put into this so that I could use for Christmas. I gave not been able to cash in my kicks at all. I’ve reached out for help but only get an automated message. Very upset and very disappointed as well as furious. I’m in law and will look into.

Been using this app for years with zero issues until now. I’ve been trying to redeem my Kicks for a gift card for almost a week, yet there’s always an error message no matter which gift card I try to redeem it for. ??????

Im starting to feel this app is a scam because i tried Paypal rewards and Giftcards - neither worked!!

Looks an interesting app but won’t let me cash out the first time and some of the scans don’t seem to work? Some other marketing apps are quicker to accrue points…

“Error please try again later.” All I’ve been getting for weeks now when I try to redeem. They don’t answer emails, don’t reply to messages on twitter and Facebook that they read….shocking how far this app has fallen. Used to be great.
Do not download, save your time. You won’t get anything here

HATE THIS TIME WASTER APP! I did not get double points as this app shows. Besides, while redeeming after spending 1 hour collecting points, it shows intentional error.
