Faulty functionality

With the vast majority of items I want to purchase I get the message “not available in your zip code”, however when I try to change the zip code (using my correct zip code!) the system has NEVER accepted an updated zip. I’ve tried mine and many others, I’ve tried on my phone and in the browser. This is just one issue with faulty functionality...there are many more.

Started well 2 years ago and in the last 5 months just plummeted down. Nothing is available to redeem points or not available in your zip. Stoped partnership with Uber in May which was the main noticeable source to earn point. Don’t even waist you time!!!

It used to be good but it’s just a scam

I used to love this app, at first I linked it to my Uber account and I would get $2 for every Uber ride I took, I was able to get a few items from sears and Walmart. Then one of my items I had sent to sears was either stolen or given to the wrong person. I complained to shop your way and sears and both said “well it shows it was picked up” and it wasn’t. I let that situation go because I got to frustrated with their lame excuses. Then all the sudden the program changed and you only got $1 per ride. 2x now when I’ve tried to use $40 worth of points it Kept telling me I couldn’t add the product. I emailed and called just to be sent in circles and get no response through email EVER. This is a scam app and scam company.

The app isn’t user friendly. Trying to add their information to Apple Wallet keeps failing. Their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with (twice they redirected me to Sears credit card services and a third time they put me on hold and simply hung up). Sears should be ashamed they are associated with this program.

Can’t add items to the cart. Only answer I can get is use a computer instead of a mobile device. What’s the use of the app if it doesn’t work with a mobile device?

App doesn’t work. It won’t let me add anything to my cart. ShopYourWay can’t get their act together to get the points I’ve earned to show up in my account either, despite numerous calls to customer service.

This app will not work. I shop for items add them to my cart go to check out all for them to say my cart is empty and clearly it shows the I have items in the cart.

My experience with this app, so far, is that it has some buggy issues. For instance, no matter what I do, it will not let me put my address on my profile. So, they don’t get my address. And they don’t get a good review.

Fantastic! I love the rewards.. So much better than shopping in the store. And the store pick up is phenomenal. I didn’t believe it my packages would be out in 5 minutes, but they were out in less on one of the busiest seasons in awhile.. Thanks a ton..
