Liar liar. Do not believe this app.

I downloaded this app thinking I would be able to earn rewards to use at Kmart and Sears since I never seemed to have any rewards at either store even when I bought stuff from there and gave my phone number each time I made a purchase. I even signed up and qualified for a Shop Your Way Master Card which I was told I would receive rewards for each time I used my Shop Your Way Credit Card. Well I used my Credit Card a lot and Spent lots and lots of money paying for my Credit Card bill even bought $ 1000.00 refrigerator at Sears using my Shop Your Way Rewards Account but I never ever seemed to get any rewards money to use at Kmart or Sears.. What is this Shop Your Way Rewards app or Shop Your Way Rewards Account or Credit Card good for? Absolutely nothing....

The point system is a total scam. Your points disappear without warning. And there are split up into months. So you can only use a certain amount of what you’ve earned. The worst part is you can’t use your rewards points on anything they have to be on specific items that you may or may not want.

I have been playing for a wee bit and have only won points (if I am lucky). So far I have gotten 850 points which is a big total of .85. I keep trying because I am hoping I win big one day. I am also hopeful that the point will add up. One thing is I get push notifications and answer then for bonuses and nothing happens. I am very disappointed in that. The first day it work but since that no luck. I wish the you all better luck then I have had have. Happy spinning. Don’t give up. Someone has to win, I hope!! ☮️

I hate Shopyourway, it wasted my time every time I tried to redeem my points. I filtered redeem points and free shipping eligible, but they changed when I was checking out. You are going to lose money on shipping if you don't check the total fee carefully. It must be the worst online shopping site of the world! Don't think you are going to save money as they say, they won't let you redeem your points easy. If you have to redeem, be careful, make sure you won't pay the expensive shipping fee.

If I could give zero I would.. this is the worst app and a way to scam people and monitor them! They’ll trick you and steal all your points and not even give you points to begin with! And their customer service don’t ever respond to you when you email them!

This app is misleading, both Sears locations closed in my state. I have a Sears card but no stores to use it. Guess this was the real reason they switched my store card to a Citi Bank MasterCard.

Disappointed with the sweepstakes

I won a prize in sweepstakes in the month of June 2018 till now I did not receive my prize. When called to shop your way customer care they said sweeps are different they can’t help or do anything on this and there is no contact number and only have to mail them. I have mailed to sweeps n number of times but there is absolutely nil response. It’s waste of time and nothing else. Very very unhappy
