Completely Useless after Latest Update

I updated the app to the newest version and now it does not even load. I don't have enough loyalty with this company to give it a chance to fix it vs deleting and moving on to something else.

A great app has been ruined. As someone that has purchased of 100 items, let it be known that there is a direct correlation between my lack of purchases in the last 6-8months and the continued app update that have been reduced functionality and usability. If it ain't broke, why the H are your developers (or Marketing Director) approving this garbage. You lost a loyal customer.

When shopping for clothes online this has become my new go to. The app is well made and easy to use and the return process is seamless. They have a nice friend referral policy that can net you $20 in credit! Would recommend and I plan on shopping with Spring again.

Recommendations Need Help

Spring is a very attractive app, though I find the user experience has plenty of room for improvement. I've had successful purchases from it (appreciate the occasional offers), check is very easy. That said, the thing that bugs me the most is Spring's desire to "get" my style and actually being WAY off. I hope they will invest in improving their algorithms, because people are often quite particular about their style tastes and seeing terrible recommendations is a huge turn off & makes the product feel pretty but dumb.

I couldn't find a place to sign in in this app, it has an option for you to link an account when you first open the app but after that, you can't sign in anywhere but can only create an account?? What??
Can't checkout

The app went into some kind of funk when I tried to checkout and buy a jacket. It asked me to close the checkout and try again but same result. Pretty annoying.

The app offers a variety of different brands for different types of attire ( also skin care products, shoes, wallets, bags etc). I have made multiple purchases on this app getting some of the best deals. App offers to purchase items with apple pay to make checkout faster and easier. I check back frequently for new deals.
