I'm constantly annoyed with how difficult it is to find what I want. You should make it easier to search or filter so I can actually shop for what I want. I usually just give up and shop online somewhere else.

I ordered 5 items and they canceled 2 orders and gave me a lame excuse. They said the price I payed doesn’t match with that of the seller. There excuse is not my concern at all. I am a buyer and whatever i see on the platform is what I think is the price. However I waited until they update the price but nothing happened. I reached out to the customer support for refund to my canceled items but no ine is getting back to me. Worst customer service!

Spring is a marketplace where different brands can sell their products, and shipping occurs to and from theses brands directly. Spring just provides the platform and customer service. This apparently makes returns a pain. I tried returning two products I purchased. It took months for Spring to figure things out with the brand I purchased and I was only ever refunded for one of them. At that point I had given up on the second item.

Best shopping app! I'm addicted. Free shipping and returns make it so easy (too easy!) to shop from every brand I love. I've also found a ton of brands I've never heard of that are amazing. Keep it up Spring! Love this!!
