I’ve been trying to create an account for days and keep encountering a “temporary error”. I’ve contacted customer service. What a waste of my time that was! NO help at all. Sounds like a scam to keep people from claiming prizes to me...WHAT A MESS!

This was the biggest waste of my time. Spent all that time scanning the codes for the just for h cash to be fully gone. Spent some tokens on items and then it shows it didnt work.

Twice now I logged in with my info and the name at the top right was someone else. It’s taken weeks of scanning before I realized this unfortunately so whoever Bernadette B. is, best of luck to you! What a waste of time. We used to look forward to Monopoly time. And Kristine And Eldridge J. Will I ever be me logging in???????

I’ve been playing this game for the last couple months. Scanning game cards, winning coupons and lots of free products. But I can’t access any of it! I’ve contacted the people that run the game and they say they see all my points and rewards and have transferred them to my justforu account. The justforu people say they don’t see my points and there is nothing they can do! I’ve been bounced back and forth for over a week - phone calls, emails to IT. And now the game ends shortly. Seems like someone should be able to help? So frustrating!

This app makes you sign up for another account. Why? When attempting to sign up it requires you to select a preferred store selected from a drop down list based on Zip Code. When I provide the zip code where the store is located this app populates a drop down list with stores that are located several hundred miles away. There is no way to select or manually type in a local store.
Wow! Terribly Disappointed

I spent close to two hours trying to scan those game pieces. I tried dozens multiple times and only four actually were scannable. Tossed the other 700+ into the trash. Now, I know why most customers don't play. It reminded me why I stopped going to Safeway this time last year with me equally disappointed.

This is not a game, and certainly is not what Shaws Monopoly used to be. Bring back the game pieces! This matching game is rigged af, and everyone knows sweepstakes are a waste of time.

The tickets say that we have until May 18 to scan or enter them. However the scanner no longer comes up in the app and it stays frozen on the first screen. What a waste of my time opening up these things. Please fix this problem.
