Shoot Pro Webcam & Telestrator
This app just feeds the output from the camera to the screen. Nothing else. This lets you stream a clean feed via AirPlay to an Apple TV or a Desktop App like AirServer which you could then stream to Twitch via a Syphon connection to OBS. That's what I use it for anyway.
