Game will no longer load

Every few months the game decides to not load anymore. It gets up to about 90% and then just stops. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Please fix this bug because it is very frustrating! Otherwise, I really like this game.

I won’t recommend. It started out great, then got stock at some point and there’s nothing u can do to make it work again. Once it got stock that’s the end. Time to delete it.

I’m Frozen....

I had to delete and restart the game from the beginning because it froze up. Now it’s frozen again. Won’t load past 75% of the load bar. Any help available??

I’ve played this game in the past and so I got it again and after having it for like a day it refuses to load and says I have no connection (I’m on an unlimited data plan and I have full bars most of the time) and even if I connect to a wifi hotspot it won’t work??? Idk if it’s a problem with the game or not but it just doesn’t work now

This looks like it’s a fun game however I wouldn’t know because the game refuses to load at all! I’ve tried everything from waiting it out to deleting the app and reinstalling it numerous times but nothing seems to work. Unfortunately it looks like the developers could care less because there are tons of complaints regarding this issue in the reviews however nothing is being done to correct the problem. Developers ~ Please quit telling everyone to email your “support team” with the details of the issue and just fix the game so that everyone can play it or just kindly remove the game from the App Store and save everyone else trying to unsuccessfully load your game the frustration!!!

Game not opening

The game has not been able to open since Tuesday 6/11 and it’s now 6/14. The message about Ben tinkering with the servers keeps coming up with instructions to Re-try in a few minutes. The bar at the bottom that fills from left to right stops about 75% across and will not go further. I was enjoying the game until this happened.

Fun game but once again it won’t load. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it numerous times hoping that would fix the issue, but it hasn’t. It’s been several days since I’ve been able to play the game! Why can’t you guys fix this problem once and for all?

I’ve been playing for a few months but for the past 4 days it won’t start up the game and gives a message that “Ben must be tinkering with the server”.....nothing I do helps. Please fix or help me. I tried to email for support but need a valid email address for the app/game. Thanks.
