All data is sent to DHL and stored in the phone, so no risk to your information.
The app is also designed to consume a very low amount of data from your phone internet package.

O app parece bom mas apresenta um erro ao informar o peso da carga, e esse erro trava o app, necessitando ser fechado e reiniciar todo procedimento. Não consigo contato com para esclarecimentos.

When you entered the number into the app, it said no search is found. Even tho the website is working

Copy/paste dhl tracking number- app says the number is wrong and freezes at that message. Couldn’t get it to track anything- Deleted the app- don’t waste your time/money.

i read reviews and initially thought “oh boy” but to my surprise i went on the app and everything was easy and smooth. whatever was going on the got fixed.

It “JUNK” not as good as FEDEX, UPS, and USPS, it’s very difficult to manage.

Never have I had such in satisfactory service as I received on a recent shipment. My tracking information on my DHL app notified me of the expected delivery of my package for yesterday and I waited here for the entire day until 830 last evening when I called DHL direct and they said the package had been attempted at about 825 PM that the courier had attempted delivery and left notice on door because I was not home. This was entirely false as I had my door wide open and no courier from DHL ever came to my door. There have been blocks on my tracking abilities and uncooperative representatives to say the least and non satisfactory responses from supervisors who failed to do their job as they stated they would. On a final call to DHL I reached an associate who expedited my order to be picked up at DHL facility and scheduled it for today’s delivery.
