I've had connection issues too. I was able to contact tech support and they're not only quick to respond and knowledgeable but they fixed the issues I was having. Couldn't be happier!

I've been using this app for a week now and it's ok I just wish it could upload PDF files, I have a couple of employees and I have to upload 6 pictures. It would be nice if they could just scroll viewing all 6. Please help! suggestions...other than that I can communicate with my team and they seem to like it.

This app doesn't sound off when a notification is sent. Only pops up on the lock screen for iPhones. Please fix and it'll receive a better rating.

This app is great. My only bone to pick is that I create my schedules on my MacBook. I then have to create a PDF, screenshot that, send the picture to my phone, and then upload it. Is there any development in an OSX version so that (what I'm assuming is many of us) don't have as many steps to go through to post a schedule?

I’m currently having technical difficulties with my shift app. It won’t open and it keeps on loading to an empty white page. I would like it fixed immediately. Thanks.

The developer actually reached out to me for any advice. It means a lot that they put so much heart into this app. The app allows you to post schedules, chat with everyone or specific groups, and post shifts for coverage. It’s extremely easy to get all of your employees on this app. Shift Messenger easily beats everything that the company I work for offers. I guess I would say that the keyword is convenient. I’m a GM, and I want to say thank you for making my life easier!
