I have to re download every Time I open the app, because it doesn't bring anything up. Just a blank white screen. Doesn't recognize my account when I need to sign it, so I'm constantly remaking accounts.
Waste of time

App stops working after a while... Literally, will work for a few days and then just stops opening/loading anything. It's nothing more than a waste of memory and time.
Decent but a few issues

We use this to communicate with other servers at our restaurant since it's easier than a group text and you don't have to give anyone your phone number. The issues I have are 1) I can't delete private messages no matter what I try, and 2) if whoever set up the account for the business quits or leaves you are stuck without any access to remove old employees so we have a TON of people who don't work there anymore or whatever still snooping on the chat and schedule.

It's super easy to post a shift and get someone to cover it with this app. You can also get the latest schedule as soon as it is posted. Really helps in coordinating the schedule you need.

The app works great. There should be a feature to remove people from the group if they were to leave the company. There should be more option or more leg room on how you post a picture of your schedule.... Like the ability to crop the picture.

So I love the app, think I was one of the first to use it. Also you can delete people who leave your job. My idea tho, the admins should be allowed to approve people before they get added. I set this up for my cashiers, & noticed people who work on the floor get added.. I think people should be able to add, but admin should be able to approve them...

It gets the job done and then some for sure, but is missing a few tiny features that seem like no brainers. For example, you can't delete your message threads that you have on the app. And for some reason when you get a notification the little red bubble doesn't show up on the app icon so a lot of important things can go unnoticed on accident.

Absences are WAY down at my store since we started using this. Plus the developers are always available for support and have even incorporated some of my suggestions.
Best way to manage shifts!

This app is awesome. We got everyone on our team to join and now I am able to review, manage, and approve shifts from one spot without running around to track every person and shift swap down. Huge time saver!
