Great App!

a worship leader

Incredible still and motion overlays. I was able to quickly and efficiently create original graphics on my phone that now appear every service on our huge screens in unbelievable quality. It is such a joy to work with Shift Worship every week!

Most Awesome!

I love being able to create my own worship loops! No more buying packages and subscriptions. Now I can make something completely original for any mood or style of worship. It's quick, easy and gives a professional look to my presentations.

5 Starts, From A Pastor

I'm a Pastor and finally I can create myself what I visualize, background that goes with what I envisioning from each series. Is fast and easy. And no it's not a burden but a joy. I create and send it to the media team with my notes and that's it. A must have!

Super Cool!

Wow, I'm been messing with this app the last few days and I really like it! It's really pretty easy to get attractive results. We'll be using some of these in our church services soon.

Update

Is this nick name chosen?!

Maybe update your app again. Cause I can't download the moving backgrounds or the rest of the non-moving ones and I just recently downloaded the app (9/30/15)

So Cool

Let me preface this with one thing: I have not downloaded the newest version, and won't until I see that the problems mentioned are addressed. That said, I love this app! I don't know of anything else like it. It's easy to use, stable, and creates professional quality backgrounds. I prefer video backgrounds with subtle movement, and this app gives full control over that. I'm not interested in more overlays with objects (crosses, doves, words, etc.), but I love the ones with effects, and will pay for them. Finally, though the iPhone version works on the iPad, it would be great to see an iPad native version.

Overlays can now be downloaded but the total size with everything downloaded is 9gb ... Not sure if something went wrong since the previous version used to be around 2gb ... The overlays are nice though... It'd be nice to not be limited with landscape sizes but still a great app!

Please add video capability!

Great app does cool things but would love to be able to add filters to videos.

Buggy

I can only seem to use photos that were taken with my phone. If I import JPG photos from other sources, the app allows me choose them from the library, but then uses the last photo I successfully made into a background instead. Being that you can pan and zoom photos, it shouldn't be a problem if a photo comes from another camera as long as it's in the right format. Also, all the buttons/tapable items in this app are greyed out and always look like they are disabled. This caused much confusion for me when I first started using the app to create media until I realized that the buttons aren't actually disabled, they just have poor interface design. Downloading the extra packs of still and motion overlays was also buggy and confusing. It would say a pack had finished downloading and then you would go to try to use it and it would give you an error that it wasn't actually downloaded and it would start the download of that pack again. This app might be worth 99¢ if you can overlook the bugs, but it's definitely not worth the $4.99 they're charging for it. If you want to charge that much, maybe actually put some thought into the UX and eliminate the incredible number of bugs this has.

Love, love, love it so far!

Highly recommend! If you're a church with a small budget for things like motion backgrounds, or if you simply want to empower people within your church to create, this app is perfect for you! Since yesterday I've made over twenty backgrounds. The app is very easy to use and very powerful. With the ability to tweak each filter and overlay, the possibilities are virtually endless. I have two wishes, though: that it were possible to layer two motion overlays and that overlays could be flipped on the horizontal axis, not just the vertical. (I also wish we could begin with a short video rather than a still image, but I understand that's probably beyond the capability of an app.)
