Almost perfect

I use this app to avoid the hassle of bringing in my purse/wallet etc.. I am CONSTANTLY ID’d for cigarettes, which is a headache. It would be nice to have some sort of verification of my age or ID show automatically with card scan. Would be SO helpful

I love the app because I always forget my Sheetz card and being an employee of Sheetz this app is amazing! I can add my rewards and everything because now we are getting rid of the actual cards itself we are gonna start using the app now which I love a lot! I can place my order on time and when I go to pay is till get my employee discount and everything :)

This app is totally useless

You can’t even set up an account. It won’t allow any password nor can you add you birthday and zip Code at the same time without it shutting down. Come on.

I get an error every time I attempt to log into the Sheetz app that states “Bad Request: mobileToken is null.” The only way I can place an order is to log in to my account on the Sheetz web site.

Unreliable - don’t bother

Oh Sheetz, something went wrong. this app’s gift card features don’t work. Update: I tried again with this app thinking the gift card error was temporary. Tried paying for an MTO order with a gift card in the app, it looked as if the order was sent to the store. But I found out at the store the order never sent. I did not have enough time to make a new order in-store and wait. Problematic and inconsistent. Sheetz the store however is convenient and (usually) effortless.

This app is a total waste of time and space. Try to add things to bag and touch any button on the app and you are back to an empty bag and pick a store screen. Don’t waste your time downloading and trying to use this app. USE THE WEBSITE INSTEAD!!! You will be much better off.

The app allows you to add a payment method to be able to order and pay right from the app. It also has a gift card feature. My sheetz app was hacked and someone used it to email themselves a $50 gift card. Not cool.

Doesn’t work

Every time I try to order food, it says there is a connection error, no matter what card I use, what store I try at, if I’m on Sheetz wifi, or if I say I’ll order in store. They really need to fix it.

Wallet Option?

I’m not a regular customer at Sheetz, but the few time I have gone I’ve never had an issue with the app. I would give the app more stars if there was the option to add your barcode to the wallet app on iPhones and allow for it to show up on your lock screen when you’re at a Sheetz location.

Really poor quality

Won’t even let me sign up for an account. “Oh Sheetz, something went wrong.” Is all that it ever says.
