Their app, along with their website, crashes constantly. It has happened sitewide at least 4 times in 2020 alone.
Network connection failure

Totally useless. I’ve tried at different stores several times. Every time I try to place an order I get the same two messages. First message is “network connection failure”. When I re-try to submit my order I get “too many orders submitted from this device in the last minute.” I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of curbside pickup. EDIT 7/17/2020 I’d love to send you my username. Too bad the address provided goes to a restricted inbox and I don’t have permission to send to it. EDIT 7/22/2020 apparently the developers are too lazy to program meaningful error codes. Issues with the network suggests problems with communication between my device and their servers. In my case they are saying my network communication error is faulty credit card information. Shouldn’t that show up as “payment declined. Please check your credit card info”?

I have been kicked out of my account and lost my points. I have tried everything, including resetting my password. Your password settings are ridiculous. My bank asks for less requirements than you. All I want to do is order food conveniently online. I can make it myself by the time I finish dealing with this app. I recommend this issue be fixed before you start losing business in aspect.
Login Issues

I have attempted to log in a few times. Every time i transition to my email to check my one-time verification code, it backs out to the original email address entry screen. When i log back in, it sends a new code. I cant check my email without it backing out, thus stuck in an endless loop until i can get to a computer.

I got this app because I have a short lunch period at work and cannot afford to wait in line. Most days, I get a message that says there is a network connection error. So I close out and hop back in and try to place my order again, and am told I can’t order because I submitted too many orders in the last minute. Now, I’ve lost ALL my points because it kicked me out of my signed in status, and refuses to recognize my email address. I cannot sign back in. I tried to make a new account, but it won’t let me because my email is already in use. I won’t be supporting this app or the store with as much business as I used to. This is ridiculous.

Love it. Always have. Always will. Recently my gift cards (that are stored in the app) haven’t refreshed and I have no way of checking the balances or using them. Please help. Choppy And again... LOVE THE APP!!!

The thing I love most about Sheetz is not the food or the service or even the hour in the bathroom after eating their food, it’s definitely the app. This app not only will delete your whole order after you click a simple back button out of your cart to add something, but it will also glitch and lock up whenever you decide to try an use your payment method in app! I’ve never used such an intuitive app that will keep me guessing on whether it’ll work or not! This is the best fun I’ve had since before COVID!

This app works right up until you pay for something. It is constantly plagued with network failures that usually only occur when you try to claim a free item. At this point I have just given up on it due to a lack of support for a feature as common as “checkout”.
