Love the idea, but the updates looks old. Is this app dead?
The nautical charts are very broken, and this app is underused so, at the time of writing, there have been 6 reports total. Other than those issues, great app. I am uninstalling now.
Classic example of a bunch of rubes around a table brainstorming. We need an app! My nephew has an app for his company. We can put a link to it on our website that nobody visits already. Great idea Larry whoops I mean Lawrence! Maybe it's because I'm not concerned in the least that I'm going to be eaten by a sea creature swimming in Chatham or maybe I'm just a realist but who releases a specialty app with FIVE total sightings over the last 365 days? (Three of which were the same fish). I mean, even if I was phobic about getting attacked I'd look at this and wonder what you were hiding. (see Jaws) All this "concern" for two fish? The app works I guess - if you need an app that does essentially nothing but let's someone say "we released an iOS app" at a cocktail party with other pretentious do gooders. There are sharks in the ocean? I don't believe it! Wait, now I can because I have an app! Thank you for that I suppose. 2 stars. Another unnecessary app. Move along, nothing to see here.
Waste of time. I was excited to see all the entry's on this app and was very disappointed when I opened it and saw one marker. When I zoomed in I discovered there were only a few sightings and one tagging.
John E. Wow go and screw yourself this app is amazing and great and useful for boaters and surfers like me got that John E. Wow. Anyways thank you for this app
I am SO excited for this app! I've been waiting for someone to make something like this! Couldn't be more happy :)
This is such a superb idea, but the actual work put into this app was not shown. The people who have the app send if there is a spotting, and some people may simply fake it. You may want to consider waiting for the designers to fix this. Only 3 sightings in the past year? Only in Massachusetts? Unrealistic! Thank you for reading, I will be deleting, but may add this app back.
I keep getting the pop-up notification "Request Failed: service unavailable (503)". Just uninstalled the app...
